What We Never Ask For

SkyTrade Pro support will NEVER ask you for:

Private Key
Seed Phrase / Recovery Phrase
Wallet Password
Exchange Password
2FA Code

Payment Security

You only send payment to official receiving addresses published on our checkout page. Never connect or share private wallet credentials with support.

Always verify the asset, network, and receiving address before sending cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

CEX API Permissions

For centralized exchange integrations: use only the API permissions required by the product. Avoid withdrawal permissions unless explicitly required by the verified implementation.

Broker Credentials

Your MT5 and broker credentials remain on your machine. SkyTrade Pro does not store broker passwords on public servers.
